Once products have been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which we provide Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through Hangfacaishop’s dedicated customer support channel at support@hangfacaishop.com for a period of 30 days.
Any formal dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for the protection of intellectual property rights.
SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
